Brooklyn broker Joanne Gay has been in the real estate profession for more than 30 years and established Joanne Gay Realty in 2008. Her reputation has been built on reliability and experience, which is why the majority of her business comes from client referrals and repeat clients. She has worked with some New York landlords for nearly three decades.
After working on Wall Street and at the New York City Department of Finance, Joanne began exploring a career in real estate. The skills she developed in those positions gave her a unique understanding of finance and changing markets, experience that continues to benefit her clients today.
A third-generation New Yorker who grew up in Brooklyn and now lives on the Upper West Side, Joanne knows the neighborhoods she serves firsthand. She has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan for decades.
Youngran Lee
Youngran Lee was born in South Korea. She first came to New York to attend College. She loved living in the city! When Youngran was done with school she returned to South Korea. While working in Education she met William Parker and they diligently built an education business in South Korea for seven years.
Youngran loves being a Real Estate Agent. She really enjoys meeting new people and sharing her love of the city with them! Youngran understands the challenge that finding a new home can be! She is a determined agent and tries to make each clients home a perfect match.
Youngran is a wonderful cook! Her family and friends love her home made Korean dishes! She spends her spare time with her daughter and husband William. Youngran loves reading and traveling. Youngran is also a very active member in her church. She feels fulfilled by being able to give back to her community.
